I'm Jessi Melton, founder of Melton Property Group. I bought my first rental because I wanted something steady to pass down. I started managing for other owners because they kept asking me how I made it look easy — and the honest answer is that I just show up. I answer the call. I drive over.
Today, through Melton Property Group, Jessi manages twelve homes across Florida, Alabama, and North Carolina — nine of them her own. Every owner who works with Jessi Melton gets the same number, the same care, and the same promise: she'll treat your home like it's hers.
